So this past weekend we got to see Hamilton at the Kennedy Center! If you happen to have been living under a rock and have no idea what I’m talking about, it’s a 2h 45min musical about Alexander Hamilton and the other founding fathers culminating in the duel where Aaron Burr killed Hamilton. It’s got insanely catchy music, fusing hip hop, R&B, pop, soul, and rap, and color-casts non-white actors with deliberation. It’s funny that sometimes I look at my own posts, and I realize that my favorites–either recipes, or reviews–don’t have posts yet. Here’s the twin to my previously posted recipe, jalapeno cheddar stuffed burgers, though they’d go great with honey mustard pretzel chicken tenders, or a chicken pesto burger. So many possibilities! But I will say these fries are a wonderful side. They’re not particularly work-intensive, but give you some fries in your own home.
