The simplest appetizer that’s oh-so-cheesy and oh-so-garlicky. Cheesy garlic pull-apart bread is a finger-licking appetizer, perfect for parties…or a Tuesday!

I am definitely becoming the queen of convenience! Okay, not really, because this recipe isn’t exactly as simple as some of my five-ingredient recipes like bbq baby back ribs, but I’ve definitely been reaching for the recipes with a convenience factor (read: cream of potato soup, for this one). Here’s the same plug from my last recipe, spicy cream tomato sauce pasta which uses jarred tomato sauce: convenience isn’t a bad thing. In an ideal world, I’d love to make everything from scratch or nearly scratch (you probably won’t catch me boiling up some seafood to make seafood stock either way). But I’m…

This bread is ooey, gooey deliciousness. And I really do mean that, so watch out for some falling dip when you’re stuffing your face! My friends and I had a splat or two on the floor by the time we were done! But it was gobbled up in pretty much no time flat, let me tell you. It really is a quintessential appetizer recipe, and wouldn’t be a horrible pot luck recipe if you had access to a toaster oven, but it’s not really a make-and-carry recipe. They were quite tasty, and simple to boot, considering I pretty much always have some biscuit dough floating around in my refrigerator. At the grocery store I had only been focused on picking up ingredients for the tortellini, so side dishes didn’t really cross my mind. But I got home and was thinking, you know what goes great with caesar salad and tortellini? Garlic bread! But alas, no fresh crusty bread, so what’s a girl to do to get her garlic…

I’ve been cooking up a storm lately, so we’ve been eating leftovers out the wahzoo. They’re delicious, but they impede my cooking because I don’t want to waste food! So I made pot pie filling the other day for an easy Monday dinner before I go to volleyball. But I was ravenous when I got home, so I had to make an appetizer/side. These “pizza rolls” were perfect! So easy to make and so yummy! T approved. The ones pictured here are made with mozzarella and cheddar cheese! But you can use whatever kind of cheese you like, e.g., pepperjack…
