pineapple vodka slush;
From the lady that brought you strawberry shortcake vodka slush, here’s the pineapple cousin, pineapple vodka slush! It’s pretty much the exact same thing, but swap out the strawberries for pineapple. Or even combine the two! Make a strawberry-pineapple vodka slush!
Be sure to stock up on your friend Cake Vodka, because that ish is delish! I suggest approx. 3 c. cubed pineapple, 3-4 shots of cake vodka, and 2 c. of ice. Add more ice if it needs to be thicker, add more vodka to thin it out (or for fun), or add more pineapple to make the texture smoother. Please ignore the mayo and smoked salt in the background of this photo–they were used for another recipe I’ll be sharing soon, Jalapeno Popper Bread!
T and I have been making a drinking game out of Beat Bobby Flay! Here’s the game. Have a cocktail (pineapple vodka slush recommended!) in hand, and drink every time (1) the judges interact with any contestants, or (2) if the contestants make verbal jabs at each other. We also bet on each round. The price? 1 shot. First round we alternate who picks first and we each pick a challenger. The second round is free-for-all, and each of us can pick whoever we wish, meaning that we could both pick the challenger, both pick Bobby, or one pick the challenger and one pick Bobby. Let me tell you, this is a fun game. But the best way to judge is to participate! Let me know how your drinking night goes!
