Here’s another great simple party dip, peeeeerfect for a brunch potluck! Good thing we had one for New Year’s Eve! Really super simple, and quite tasty! The amped up touch to this dip, in my opinion, was the fresh bagel chips I made. Now of course you can do regular chips or store-bought bagel chips, but then I’ve seen less options of varieties of bagel chips at the store than you can get at your local bagel shop! Plus we have an amazing bagel shop less than 10 minutes away. Because the dip is cream cheese based (as one would…

Bonus post: here’s another gourmet burger to add to your repertoire! Keep this one in mind alongside jalapeno cheddar stuffed burgers, or the juicy lucy burger. With these three burgers on your menu, you’re sure to impress! This is definitely a different twist on a classic burger, but really the main difference is the ground lamb. So today was game day! D&D Sunday as they usually happen to be, and instead of going all out to make all of the food, we did a potluck! It was wonderful–worked out perfectly. Zack made jalapeno poppers, Matt made quiche, and Dustin brought brownies! Tyler got away with nothing because he’s dating me, and I provided this awesome mediterranean dip! Plus he’s the DM so he has more work to do than the rest of us when it comes to preparing for D&D. This mediterranean dip recipe stems from Dara’s Healthy Mediterranean 7 Layer Dip over at Cookin’ Canuck, with a…

Here’s a great party recipe! The best part is that the veggies can be swapped out with whatever you have lying in the fridge. I ended up using celery and carrots, though I’m sure you could add in peppers, jalapenos, broccoli, spinach…anything you want! And the other ingredients take a number at 4. Amazing isn’t it? You of course can chop all of these vegetables by hand, but I highly recommend and food processor or chopper. I love this 1.5 c food chopper and it makes short work of vegetables! It’s cheap, safe, and reliable, and easy to clean and pack up. Especially…
