Halfway through the 30 days! Wooo! For anyone who’s interested, or just starting, or wants to know what it’s all about, I’m here to share my personal experience. I’ll give a quick overview of the diet in case anyone is unfamiliar, but if you want the full details, check out the whole30 website.
