After a boozy brunch for New Year’s Eve, what do you need? That’s right–a boozy brunch for New Year’s Day! Obviously. Here’s another brunch spot for you to try out: Piola! The one we go to is the location in Arlington (an easy walk from the Rosslyn metro stop, FYI). I’ve heard that there’s one in D.C. but have yet to try that location. The only difference I’ve heard about is that the one in D.C. is bottomless brunch where as the Arlington location, because of VA liquor laws cannot technically do “bottomless”. So…I made this cocktail by accident! You can thank my lazy Sunday. The past few weeks have been a bit crazy, and even Saturday this weekend was crazy! Fun crazy, but crazy nonetheless. Friday we went to grab drinks before seeing Captain America! It was good, and T and I had a nice walk back chatting about our thoughts about the movie!
