It’s name was “panko crusted cod”, which I don’t think does the recipe justice. It’s more interesting than just slapping some panko on cod! With a little wasabi-lime kick, it’s definitely something I’d consider making again! The side dishes were appropriately meh. They weren’t bad, but they also weren’t anything to write home about.
