Corn bread, and beef, and cheese, oh my! This is a great make-ahead meal! We had a game night with a friend coming over, and I was going to try to not actually be in the kitchen making dinner for like half of his visit (like I usually am most times when people visit for dinner). Continue ReadingSo coming back from Iceland, I decided to do another round of hello fresh so that I wouldn’t be worried about grocery shopping and cooking and all that jazz when we were back. The first recipe we tried was a Dijon pork meal, that was satisfactory and I might post it at some point, but this juicy Lucy burger is definitely on my to-make-again list!
