I made this for a quick dinner today, and it was tasty and looked just like the pictures over at damndelicious! I made them for dinner with some fried rice to whip in some veggies, but these would also be perfect as an appetizer! Make the meatballs a little bit smaller for an appetizer, but would be a good small party recipe. If you had more than around 6 people I’d double the recipe (but in either case would still serve another app or two)!
