The “cake” is made of watermelon rounds, decorated with bright assorted fruits (and little spacemen because our theme was “one year round the sun”). A perfect festive and healthful treat to minimize sugar for baby (or anyone) but still with all the fun of birthday cake! Serve with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle for a little extra sweet if you don’t mind a little bit of sugar~ I made a two tiered version for my baby’s birthday, first photo by @huangst since I forgot to take pics most of the day at @casanelvineyards.
