(more) popcorn;
So if you’ll remember allllll the way back to my very first post: beer tasting housewarming: pepper cheddar popcorn, I had some unique popcorn flavor suggestions for you all! Well I’m back with a few more! Over memorial day weekend, my friends from high school wanted to do a Disney/Pixar movie marathon, and by golly, we did! We didn’t pick a line-up until we were all there, but my best friend D made some Disney props so we could take pictures. We actually didn’t take a ton because we were busy catching up and watching movies and eating food, but the ones we did were super cute! And D had made a bunch of cute, themed snacks/drinks!
Our marathon ended up being: (1) Finding Nemo, (2) Wall-E, (3) Aladdin, (4) Mulan, and (5) Lilo and Stitch. There’s so many more to get through, and I’m pretty sure we’ll be doing this again, especially if all the movies will be up on Netflix toward the end of this year. You always think that you can watch a bajillion movies, but then when movies are an hour and a half+ long, you realize that even a whole night of marathoning won’t even dent the surface!
But I decided to make popcorn, and try out some new flavors in honor of movie night! What more appropriately-themed snack could I have made? I did make the original cheddar pepper popcorn, but today you also get BBQ Popcorn and Nacho Popcorn! The cheddar pepper is front and center in the picture above, because it’s still one of my favorites!
The featured image is Nacho Popcorn, with cheddar cheese, crushed corn chips, chili powder and scallions! (Featured on the right in the picture of three above)
The BBQ popcorn (featured on the left in the picture of three above) is a close replicate of the tasty popcorn that was served in my post about Copperwood Tavern!
