Happy sportsball this weekend! This year I’m just here for the food. Not particularly invested in the teams this particular Superbowl LI (though if you’re asking, against the Pats). Good thing I’ve got these babies to keep me company! Garlic Parmesan Wings. Do you get any better than these? Sure! Whip up these babies with a side of wings and more wings! Miso glazed wings, and maple mustard wings to be exact! They’re all baked wings, easy as can be!
You’ll notice that these are all on the mild side of spicy. I’m working on my spice tolerance, but these three wings are a great variety of flavor! I really like them all, and I’m constantly surprised by how crispy the skin gets from just baking. I buy the wings at Harris Teeter, where you can actually buy wing portions (no drumettes). Highly suggest it if you can find them!
the only thing I might change about this the next time I make it–and there will be a next time!–is that I think I might sprinkle extra parmesan over top of the wings after adding the butter glaze. I’m the kind of person that likes to see my cheese–the more cheese the better!
