Can I substitute this ingredient?
Substitute at your own risk. The recipes I share are created in my kitchen, and the instructions and ingredients are written up with care to best represent my process. I understand that dietary restrictions or other circumstances may require ingredient swaps, but understand that this may change the taste or texture.

Help!  I followed your recipe and it didn’t turn out as expected!
The first thing to check is the instructions.  If something was altered from the recipe, I can’t guarantee the results.  Keep in mind that things like humidity, oven temperature, etc. can locally affect your environment and your final product too!  If you have a question or concern, please reach out via a comment or contact me directly, and I’m more than happy to try to help as best I can to solve your individual problem!

What is the best way to store leftovers?
I will absolutely share tricks and tips for freezing or storing recipes based on my own experience. If I have tips to share, they’ll be included in the post about that recipe. Unfortunately I can’t speak to every situation with every recipe, because sometimes they’re too tasty to store!
