A sweet pink raspberry lemonade cocktail in honor of Glinda; and a sour appletini-inspired cocktail in honor of Elphaba to represent both witches in the Wicked movie! Perfect for movie night.

Ingredients

glinda sweet pink;

  • 2 shots whipped cream vodka (3oz)
  • 2 cups strawberry lemonade (16oz)
  • pink edible glitter

elphie sour green;

  • 1 cup Dekyuper sour apple
  • 1 cup sour mix or margarita mix
  • splash lime juice
  • 2 shots vodka 3oz
  • green edible glitter

Instructions

glinda sweet pink;

  • In a jug or large bowl, mix together 2 cups raspberry lemonade with 2 shots of whipped cream vodka. Add edible glitter in small amounts and mix together to combine. Glitter is typically fairly potent, so a little goes a long way!
  • To make as a mocktail, simply exclude the vodka, and mix together raspberry lemonade with edible pink glitter.

elphie sour green;

  • In a jug or large bowl, add 1 cup Dekyuper sour apple liquer, 1 cup sour mix, a splash of lime juice, and 2 shots vodka of choice. Add edible glitter in small amounts and mix together to combine. Glitter is typically fairly potent, so a little goes a long way!
  • To make as a mocktail you'll need 1 cup apple juice, 1 cup sour green apple syrup, and a splash of lime juice. Mix together with edible green glitter.
