Start with clean, dry frog molds, making sure there's no residue or oil prior to starting to make the chocolate frogs. For each flavor of jellied frog, you'll need 10 oz chocolate candy coating.
Melt 5oz dark chocolate candy coating according to instructions. Pour equal amount into each cavity and tilt the mold or use a spoon or spatula to make sure the whole cavity is covered.
Quickly add in your jellied frog to the center of the mold, pressing gently to secure it into the chocolate.
Melt additional 5oz dark chocolate candy coating according to instructions, and fill any remaining space in each cavity with chocolate. Make sure to tap your mold on the counter to release any air bubbles.
Allow to set at least 2-4 hours (or according to package instructions). De-mold your chocolate frogs, and enjoy!
