Optional, dice ½ of one large or 1 small yellow onion and add to the pan with ground beef in the next step.
Add 1 lb. ground beef to a large skillet on medium high heat. Break up the ground beef to crumbles, and drain any excess greast. Cook until browned and aromatic.
2 Tbsp mustard, 4 Tbsp ketchup, healthy splash of favorite pickle juice, roughly ¼ cup.
Onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, 4 Tbsp tomato paste. Add 2 cups beef broth or water. Stir and bring to a simmer.
Add 8oz of egg noodles to the pan. Add 2 cups water and top the pot with a lid. Allow to simmer until noodles are cooked, ~8-12 minutes. Stir occasionally as needed.
Once noodles are cooked and a small amount of liquid remains, remove pan from the heat. Add in 8oz of shredded cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Serve warm.
