Ingredients

homemade ramen seasoning;

  • 3 bouillon cubes (~2 Tbsp) use chicken, beef, or vegetable
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder or granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

ramen;

  • ramen noodles of choice (I use gluten free millet ramen)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 Tbsp homemade ramen seasoning
  • furikake (optional)
  • red pepper flakes (optional)
  • sriracha (optional)
  • crunchy garlic (optional)

Instructions

homemade ramen seasoning;

  • Crumble boullion cubes into a fine powder. Add in all ingredients and stir to evenly combine

ramen;

  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Once bubbles begin to form in the water, add 1 Tbsp ramen seasoning into the water.
  • Once broth is brought to a rolling boil, add the noodles. Cook according to instructions or until noodles are tender.
  • Transfer noodles and broth to a bowl and add whatever toppings you like: furikake, red pepper flakes, sriracha, or crunchy garlic, to name a few.
