In a small pot, add the ⅔ cup bulgar wheat and ⅓ cup jasmine rice.
Add 2 cups of stock or water to the pot, then add 1 tsp harissa powder and ½ tsp salt and mix to spread evenly.
Bring the mixture to a boil. Once a rolling boil is achived, top with the lid turn heat to simmer.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes or until grains are tender and all the liquid is absorbed.
Fluff with a fork and serve warm.
