Melt butter in a medium-sized microwave safe bowl. Meanwhile, cut each biscuit into 9ths, making a 3 x 3 grid.
Add the herbs, garlic and parmesan to the butter. Whisk together until combined.
Place biscuit dough pieces into bowl and toss to coat. (I find the easiest way to keep the pieces from mashing together is to use my hands.)
Evenly distribute dough throughout cups of a 12-muffin pan.
Bake in pre-heated oven 8-15 minutes, or until done.
