A sweet healthful yogurt treat that satisfies your sweet craving but is packed full of nutrients and protein! Try it two ways, both strawberries and cream protein yogurt or for a chocolate fix go with a cookie dough twist.
In a small jar or bowl (or in the single serve cup if using), add your 6oz yogurt of choice. Add ½ tsp vanilla ¼ tsp almond extract, and 1 tsp vanilla protein powder and mix together.

Add 1 Tbsp maple syrup, 1 Tbsp chia seeds, and 1 Tbsp milk of choice and stir together.
Slice the 4-6 strawberries into small chunks and stir into the yogurt. Optionally stir in 1 Tbsp of strawberry jam as well.
Enjoy immeidately or allow to sit overnight to allow the chia seeds to absorb moisture.
cookie dough;
Add 1 Tbsp peanut butter powder and 1 Tbsp honey and mix together until combined.
Add in 1 Tbsp chocolate chunks or cocoa nibs or a blend and mix together.
Enjoy immediately or set aside in the refrigerator for the next morning
