Drain and rinse canned chickpeas. If you desire a smoother texture you can remove the skins from each chickpea.
In a blender or food processer, add the chickpeas and milk. Begin blending.
Add other ingredients and blend together until smooth. Add more milk as needed to get desired consistency.
Sprinkle marshmallows on top and serve with graham crackers to dip. Alternatively, crumble graham crackers on top and serve with fresh fruit.
