Ingredients

  • 1 16.3 oz can biscuit dough
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Tbsp butter melted
  • ¾ cup canned pumpkin pie mix

Optional Icing

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Line a 9” x 5” loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, mix sugar and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Separate biscuit dough into layers. Separate into at least 8 or more layers.
  • Brush each biscuit layer with melted butter, then top with pumpkin pie mix and sprinkle with the sugar-spice mixture.
  • Stack biscuits into 4 piles, and then place into the loaf pan, making sure to keep sides without filling on both ends.
  • Bake 30-40 minutes until loaf is deep golden brown and center is baked through. Allow to cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Optional Icing

  • Mix together ingredients and drizzle on warm loaf before serving.
