Line a 9” x 5” loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, mix sugar and pumpkin pie spice.
Separate biscuit dough into layers. Separate into at least 8 or more layers.
Brush each biscuit layer with melted butter, then top with pumpkin pie mix and sprinkle with the sugar-spice mixture.
Stack biscuits into 4 piles, and then place into the loaf pan, making sure to keep sides without filling on both ends.
Bake 30-40 minutes until loaf is deep golden brown and center is baked through. Allow to cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
