s'mores truffles

Ingredients

  • cups golden grahams or graham crackers crushed
  • 7 oz marshmallow fluff (approx. 1½ cups)
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp dehydrated mini marshmallows (optional)
  • 12 oz milk chocolate for melting
  • truffle toppings; try crushed graham crackers, sprinkles, or dehydrated mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Crush golden grahams into fine crumbs by hand or using a food processor.
  • Add crumbs to a medium mixing bowl, and break up any remaining large pieces.
  • Add the mini chocolate chips, salt, and marshmallow fluff. Optionally add the dehydrated marshmallows. Mix until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into balls just under 1” in diameter. Take care not to compact the mixture too much to keep a pleasant chew. Place balls onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Melt chocolate according to package instructions. Coat truffles with chocolate and then return to parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Sprinkle immediately with any desired toppings, then let harden and enjoy!
