Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking powder.
Add the yogurt until mixture begins to come together. Should bechunky and clumpy and not stick together.
Turned out onto a floured surface and knead 20 times or until atacky but not sticky dough forms.
Cut into four equal parts, and roll each section into a long rope,approximate ¾” thick. Form into a circle, pressing together the twoends. Lay onto a lined baking sheet.
Repeat for remaining dough.
Using a brush, coat each bagel round with egg wash and sprinklegenerously with toppings as desired.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool 15 minutes before serving.
