In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, add 20 unwrapped caramels. Add 2 Tbsp of milk and microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until caramel is melted.
Add ½ cup of salted, shelled peanuts to the caramel, and mix until peanuts are thoroughly coated in caramel.
Pour the caramel mixture over the top of the peanut butter filling, using a spatula or spoon to spread out as desired.
Melt the chocolate candy coating in the microwave in 30 second stints, stirring between each until melted. Drizzle chocolate over top of the pie in your preferred pattern.
(Optional) Sprinkle with flaky salt for an extra dash of saltiness.
